I can honestly say I have noticed a difference in the way I feel and an improvement in my energy levels and sleep since taking these vitamins.My mum was intrigued and started taking them too and she has also seen an improvement in her overall health and wellbeing.I couldn't imagine life without the now.

In my opinion this Patrick Holford nutrition tablet is the most worthwhile on the market.

This is a comprehensive multivitamin and -mineral.To me it seems more effective than many other brands I've tried over the years. This may well have to do with my overall health situation; I have fibromyalgia and a lot of the vitamins and minerals that are particularly helpful for fibromyalgia are included here.The pills seem to have gotten a little smaller over the years.

Too early to see effect, after taking them for over a week now, I suddenly noticed a lot of them are broken, so I tipped them out to look at them, yes there must be at least 10 broken in the tub. These are expensive and I don't expect to receive a substandard delivery.The broken ones smell very strong not sure if I can take them in this form.

Only just received this item so cannot really give a full picture, will re-review when completed pack. One thing though, hold your nose when you open the tub as they really do stink

I bought these as Patrick Holford knows his stuff about vitamins and it gives me peace of mind to take them. I follow a low gl plan and these complement the diet.

I'm really pleased with this. I'm a fan of Patrick Holford but was wary of paying over the odds. However, the dose in these is really good and I am feeling the benefit after only a month of taking them. I'll be ordering again.
