Bulbs were very loud when dimmed. Returned it immediately and seller processed refund promptly.

Another bulb another good review.
They directly replace their halogen equivalent and while I think they are not as bright, they are close enough not to bother me.Having replaced a number of halogen around the house they do the job well and at a fraction of the electricity I was using, so all good here.I still can’t assess lifetime yet, but if as advertised it should be better than the halogen equivalents.I’ve only moved to these as all my spare halogens had been used up so it was time to update the lot and I have no complaints with them.Price may be higher than getting more halogen but the energy saving and longer life would mean they pay for themselves over time in comparison to more halogen.Environmental impacts are just a bonus on top, so I can’t see a reason to regret changing to these.

These bulbs did not dim
These bulbs when dimmed make a dreadful noise, I used a proper LED dimmer. Avoid
