I have been using Reflex Nutrition pea protein since 2015 and I find with every year the flavour has gotten better and better: It smells quite pleasant and it dissolves very well; I use 3 scoops to 330ml of water and not the recommended 2 scoops as this gives close to 30g of protein per serving, the ideal amount humans can digest and metabolise.I was sick of drinking soy and whey protein powders because soy is bad for you (especially GMO) and whey comes from cows that are industrially farmed so god knows what chemicals you're drinking along with it.This protein by contrast has a good nutrient profile in addition to other additives that aid in the digestion. I have also read that pea protein contains more BCAAs which are important for actually building muscle.I give it 5 stars because it is all around a great protein powder at an incredibly attractive price and it does the job beautifully. It's handy to have with a meal for example, to bring up your protein intake throughout the day and the flavour is 10/10 these days.

Being vegan I have researched many types of vegan protein. My trainer recommended this one and I have to say that it is awesome. However - here are some tips. Mix it with coconut milk - it tastes amazing. If I have it in the morning I chuck in some strawberries and blueberries or a banana - fresh or frozen. I also might add coconut oil, chia seeds and flaxseeds. At night I chuck a few almonds in. I whizz it up in my blender sometimes but feel that if I use my nutribullet I get the best consistency and taste! Try it - its the best one I have tried - 5 stars from me!

Two stars a bit harsh so I put three instead......BUT the product tastes HORRIBLE!!!! Howeer, it does have a good quality amino acid profile, one of the best out there with good quality ingredients. I have to sweeten this with coconut milk and sweetner otherwise al you get is the pea protein taste (bleeeeuuuurggh). Shame really.

I used to look forward to my whey protein shakes as they tasted good especially with milk not with this Vegan one. Feels like you can taste the peas in it and it doesn't work with Strawberries (which I guess I should have realised). I am trying to be better and move towards less animal products but unless they can improve on the taste I am going back to Whey and hope that the animals are being treated well.

Delivery very quick. Product spot on, the protein content is very high for a vegan complement.Only bad think: don’t mix it with water the taste is not quite there. Mix it with rice milk for instance and shake well.

Texture is ok for vegan protein but strawberry flavour tastes horrrible! Proper vomit induxing.... I'm used to myprotein chocolate vegan blend and this is ok but I feel pretty sick after.... shame :-(

I got the strawberry flavour and it tastes like pea soup with some strawberry flavour. The product might not be bad in functional terms but unfortunately it caused gastrointestinal disorder so I cant really use it any more.Probably lost 38 pounds...
