Hi, The Dansko Larisa is fabulous and it does have a removable footbed to accommodate an orthotic. It is accepted by the American Podiatric Medical Association. The APMA Seal of Acceptance and Seal of Approval are granted to products found to promote good foot health. If you would like to speak with a Dansko expert please call or text. Q: Do these come in wide? The 37 is too big and the 36 too tight.

I had the same problem, 42 was too big and 41 was a bit small. I chose the smaller size and it looks like it will stretch over time.

Send a request to Amazon for approval to return. They will send you a return label to affix to your package.

Q: Do these shoes stretch with time?

I don't think mine have stretched. That said, I am between sizes (8 1/2) for a size 39 (8-9), so mine have been slightly loose from the beginning. I find them very comfortable with good support.
