The soft and gentle approach to pastel papers
I use this paper for pastel painting with Stabilo Carbothello chalk pencils. It is a pleasure work with and as the name suggests ('mid tones') comes in a wide range of colours.I think I prefer Senellier La Carte which is a sanded card-backed paper, and rougher in feel. But I'm new to pastel work and as I hopefully get more skilled and gentle in my handling, I may move over to this one. Try both and see what works for you.

Canson siempre es garantía de calidad. La superficie es grano de abeja, quizás demasiado grano para mi gusto. Me hubiera gustado más una superficie menos rugosa. Tengo que probar el papel por detrás, porque es más liso y a ver qué tal funciona. El color surtido es excelente para paisajes y animales.
