I'm writing this review using the Arteck keyboard and it is well worth the money spent! It is a very solid design yet very light and not flimsy. The keys are plastic and very comfortable to type on exactly like normal laptop keys. As the keyboard is designed for use with the iPad mini it is small so people who are used to typing with four fingers or more may find they have to adjust their typing to use less fingers. I'm used to using four fingers but have to use three in order to type properly but it is very easy to adjust to and very easy to type on. My iPad with the keyboard attached can easily fit in my bag so I can take it to uni with me. My iPad or the keyboard it's self does not lose charge easily when in use which was one of my concerns. I also do not have a problem with my iPad falling backwards like some one star reviews have experienced. Overall this is a great product and I'm extremely happy with my purchase! It's made doing my work a lot easier.

This was very easy to set up, has a good solid feel to it and works well. I didn't need to manual to set it up, though it's easy to read and understand. The iPad Mini 4 fits nicely into the clamps and is easy to insert and remove as needed. The keyboard has a good feel to it, especially for something so small, and is easy to type on. I wouldn't want to write a novel on it but for email and writing up notes it is very effective. Overall very good value for money and a very nice device.Also works well with my old iPad mini 2.

I spent an hour or so comparing different keyboards available for an iPad mini 4 (turns out to be a tricky task if you don’t want to just carry an extra keyboard around) and just as I was about to spent £50 on a folio style case, I saw this one for less than £20! Not my first choice as there’s no real rear protection for the iPad when installed.The keyboard needs quite firm strokes to register and I’m hoping as it wears in, it will feel more responsive - Also worth checking if the keyboard layout is right for you as the apostrophe key requires holding the fn key and hitting ‘o’ as you can see in my pictures and it takes a while to get used to the compact layout but that’s the sacrifice of the iPad mini size.Keyboard shortcuts are a godsend for productivity such as command + tab to switch between apps and despite the low cost solution, the keyboard is surprisingly sturdy with a firm grip of the iPad and not too top heavy.Hit connect and it is in pairing mode for a minute or so and sleeps and wakes automatically when you open your new clamshell style iPad. While paired, no on screen keyboard shows which is a huge plus with the mini form factor.

This is my second Artek keyboard. The first one lasted 3 years of hard use and is still working well. Unfortunately, the plastic cracked near one of the hinges and I was a little unsure about it; otherwise it is working perfectly. The keyboard was very easy to pair with my I pad mini and does everything a full sized keyboard can do. I never separate the keyboard and I pad so it offers great protection for my screen. This device means that my I pad is like a very small laptop and it is much more user friendly than the I pad keyboard. I would highly recommend it.

iPad mini 5 fits perfectly, BT connection is stable and the battery lasts long. Great product, the only minor downside is that when iPad is tilted back on an uneven surface, its weight may flip it on the back as the keyboard is extremely lightweight.

Like new condition was scuffed and should be - Good with markings.Keyboard is fine - only quirk is some of the symbols are on keys that are not normally associated with them, like the @ on the U key.Keyboard has nice click to itKeeping keyboard because i got it on amazon warehouse 30% discount, so only paid 11 pounds for it. and harder to find a cheap replacement, can live with the scratch.Makes the ipad mini feel like a little computer that is very portable

I received the Arteck Mini iPad keyboard four days ago. It was relatively easy to set up. The instructions sent with it could be improved by giving a few more details on it's operations, such as calling the @ key up, but after playing around with it for a while and with the aid of trial and error I sorted it out. It appears to be very sturdy and gives excellent protection to the iPad, I find the keyboard quite easy to use and far better than using the inbuilt iPad keyboard, I feel it behaves more like my desktop computer. I think the apperance is excellent and far better than the photographs suggest. I can't comment on its reliability as sofar it's had little use, but it does seem at this reasonable price it's an excellent buy.

This is just perfect for my new ipad mini 5.Well made. The upper lip holds onto the ipad securely and doubles as a hard cover for the ipad, protecting the screen from day to day knocks. It matches the silver style of the ipad. Very easy to connect and use. The keys operate well. The keyboard charges easily and I haven't had to recharge yet over a couple of weeks. There is an on off switch which saves battery life.All in all am very impressed with the keyboard and glad to have chosen it.
