This book is a must have for any contractor who wants to develop a successful contracting business. I am a financial professional and had many contracting clients over the years. Most of them were limited in their ability to grow their business because they didn't "run their business by the numbers". This book emphasizes this fact and offers a world of other ideas for contractors to run and grow their business. I would highly recommend it.

I wish I had this book when I was running my own micro contracting company. This is a must read for anyone operating their own small to medium size business!
