I wouldn’t, material is very soft and delicate and it doesn’t have a soul on the bottom for outside.

Q: My son is US size 2-3, what size would fit him best?

My granddaughter wears a size 5 (infant) and I purchased the largest size so she would have plenty of room to grow. They were a little big, but she can wear them. They are made of soft material and not for outdoor wear.

Q: What are the measurements for the 12-18 months size?

I want to say they’re a size 3 if I’m not mistaking. They did have a little room but not too much
