Although I used to assemble Lego like this - tiny bits - before, this time it felt like not that fun anymore.The drawer is really functional, although I’d probably not use it around my house for anything, it is lovely and kids will like something similar in their room.Why it is not so fun anymore- it feels like after a while, during assembling it starts to feel like a struggle, like a pain as pieces are small, a few of them I already can’t find on the living room carpet.It’s nice but make sure you had piece by piece Lego like this before and you’re sure you like it.

My 7 year decided he was building this and he had no problems. He was really excited to show me how the drawer worked and then went on to make his own custom look.I do like that it leaves open the final bit to the builder, there are instrcutions on how to make the animal face, but really once that it done ...The instructions and build quality was as I would expect from a Lego build.It is a nice little idea and well put together

This is a cute Lego set aimed at younger kids. It’s fun to build with a little help from an adult. The finished drawer was smaller than I expected but it looks adorable.

The set is just under £24 at time of review and creates a little drawer for storing small items inside (I think this set can be found cheaper tbh) The set comes with a large amount of small tiles to decorate the outside of the drawer which really allows children to use their imagination although there are some decorating ideas with the enclosed manual.The age range is 6 upwards but I honestly see no reason why a couple of years younger would be a problem. Adult help and supervision is required though for the younger ones. There are lots of smaller pieces inside this set so can be a bit fiddly but there is a removal tool enclosed which makes removal of pieces easier unless you've got long finger nails.What I like about this set is the fact it is something that is functional and fun for storing some little items and creates a unique piece of functional Lego. The drawer surprisingly slides in and out quite easily.I actually quite like the idea of Lego build furniture :-) maybe they could produce a larger set such as a bedside table or dining room table and chairs lol.They'll surely be a unique piece of furniture.Once the drawer is complete, the decorating of it is only limited by your child's imagination and helps them to explore different artistic ideas which I like.I like toys that help to expand a child's imagination and motor skills and you'll always find Lego sets help kids imagination to grow.Oh and I've just discovered that the manuals enclosed are also available to download via the Lego website, in case you lose the manual lol.Another wonderful set by Lego that serves a purpose.

Very lovely drawer, especially with doggy characters which made all the kids so happy and excited. Encourage kids to build their unique pattern. Need some patience on the alignment of these tiny scales. Quality is not perfect, can spot some flaws on the big flat piece. Size is small than I expected.

I didn’t know Lego Dots was anything more then the bracelet sets I’d see at the supermarket. But I’m well impressed with this LEGO 41805 DOTS Creative Animal Drawer.It’s fun, artistic and most of all it’s a practical Lego build. The drawer maybe small and cute but it’s a working drawer. My son has decided it for his erasures and sharpeners.The lego set is 6 plus. My 7 year old son had no problems building the set but still can’t settle on how the animal should look.
