I ordered the Supportiback roller as I have an on going back issue that is causing sore muscles in my back, hips and legs I also have restless leg syndrome all over which is incredibly uncomfortable. The roller is easy to use and I really like the individual rollers which targets smaller muscles and provides relief and helps increase the blood flow which I need. The only minor negative is that I find the roller difficult to use on my lower shoulder area but in the main, I am very pleased with the product and the price.

This thing is truly amazing recommended to me by my sports therapist. I've tried foam rollers but not got on with them as I find it to hard to balance on them. This though is amazing. Super easy like using a rolling pin!. Normally after my longer runs when I'm building up my distances I spend the next day almost limping around with tight sore muscles, however 10 mins with this while watching tv and my legs were good to go and No one should have guessed I ran 19km the day before! I've raved about it at work to my running friends and 4 more orders are on their way! I should get a commission. This has really helped me and I love it! Simple, cheap but well made and will keep me tip top between sports massages!

This is great, easy to use and more importantly effective. I use it on my leg muscles prior to stretching. A good bit of kit and reasonable price.

I was recommended this recently by a sports massage therapist having had a total knee replacement operation last December, and the resulting scar tissue in muscles and tendons causing stiffness. This item came very quickly, is sturdy but lightweight, easy to use and has made a big difference to the flexibility of my muscles. I can tell immediately where it is most needed, and I can vary the pressure I use to suit how much I require. I highly recommend this as an easy to use and effective massage roller.

Very easy to use, extremely robust, buy it if you have issues especially with leg muscles.

If you do any kind of exercise it vital that you work your muscles via stretching or massage. Its hard to massage your own limbs (unless you are a pro) However this roller allows you to work your muscles in such a way that you can feel the tension leaving your limbs.My wife is a runner and she uses this after every rum to release the tension from her quads. It seems to work a treat and if I have any issue with my limbs I also use it to work out the knots.I have never used one of these before but not I am not sure what I would do without it.5 stars from me .... look and feel is quality and the performance is really good.It seems to be very well built and durable. I would very much recommend this item to other users.

Si bien es cierto que no puede suplir un masaje de descarga hecho por un profesional, es una gran ayuda para aliviar tensiones y llegar al siguiente entrenamiento en mejores condiciones y evitar o tratar lesiones. Eso sí, en caso de lesión, mejor consultar con tu fisio para que te enseñe a usarlo y así optimizar la recuperación.Totalmente recomendable.

Great for my back

L'ho preso per mia moglie che è appassionata di tutto quello che riguarda il benessere e devo dire che il prodotto funziona bene, è robusto e anche bello, forse la cosa che si può migliorare è il tipo di materiali, forse perché io mi aspettavo una cosa un pochino più morbido, ma parlo da persona non esita di materiali, infatti credo che materiali più morbidi siano destinati a durare di meno, questo prodotto in effetti ha l'aria di essere una cosa che durerà molto anni e che si può usare senza paura di romperlo. Mi ritengo molto soddisfatto. Posso dire di averlo usato senza problemi e che aiuta... Forse dovrei usarlo di più ma per il momento non ne sento molto il bisogno perché non ho dolori muscolari. In particolare l'ho usato per dei fiori muscolari derivanti dal eccessivo gioco del calcetto, due partite settimanali senza intervalli, di cui una di 90 minuti ed a 54 anni comincio a sentire la fatica.
