Whilst primarily office based the yard I visit is the largest by area in the world and thus I end up walking miles each day. Literally. And one thing you find out after having covered five or six miles in working boots, which ones are comfortable. So, I use these specific ones because they are all day comfortable. Not only that, they don't look ridiculous if you are back in an office and can't be bothered to change out of them. They are of course safety boots that meet all modern standards so no problems wherever you are working. Fairly robust although not quite up the super heavyweight boots loved by yard welders. However, unless you really are doing that kind of work these will give you a good long service life. My last pair have lasted 18 months which, isn't bad. When I was on board ships I reckon 6 months was as much as I could expect. So, overall, very good boots but most of all comfortable.
