Naturelo have made a high quality product with fantastic ingredients that really do work. I love running however i was limited to how many days i could train due to knee pain in both knee's, I thought i would try Naturelo's formula as i know how effective there other supplements are as i have been taking several for some months now, I wasn't disappointed. After taking these little capsules on a regular basis i started to see improvements in not just my knee's but also my joints in a whole, I feel supple and my joints feel lubricated which has made my training a lot more enjoyable.
