Fantastic Knife
Knife comes in a very nice printed box and sealed plastic bag, two stickers and two survival tips cards, also kydex sheath with a detachable belt clip chicago screws are provided too. Very sharp out of the box nothing bad to say about it, you get a lot for the money.

Esee 5 best you can get.
This is my favorite esee knife. Yes it's a little heavy for backpacking but it's worth it the weight makes it an extremely good chopper and the coating holds up wonderfully. The handle is a little bigger then the other esee knives but the esee 5 does have the thickest blade so of course it's going to be bigger handles. The fit very well in my hands. I do not go in the woods without this knife.

Find a different esee. This coating is bad.
Coating is falling off, just received it today. Factory sharp isn’t very, but I like my knifes to shave hair. It’s 1095 so it will do that.I picked this one over other esee knives because of the coating and the old logo. The old logo wasn’t on it and the coating is honestly pretty crappy. It’s like it was sprayed with some textured high temp paint.It’s heavy, which I knew, but I had no idea how much I wouldn’t like the glass break butt on it.It’s a pretty case knife but for every day purpose I would recommend uncoated or stainless or getting it cerakoted like a firearm because this is day one and some basic handling extremely light weight has marred the coating already.The weight of the knife makes you want to use it to baton etc, and the coating will just fly off if you do that I am sure. Will most likely exchange for an Esee 4 as I had to spend extra for this knife and separately order the molle backing and Kydex sheath.If I could figure out how to take a photo in the app I definitely would.

Beautiful knife
This is an absolute unit. The craftsmanship is gorgeous. Right out of the box it cuts the hair off my leg. If you are considering buying this knife. You will not be disappointed

Esee 5 zombie slayer
If I could choose 1 knife and 1 knife only for the upcoming zombie apocalypse it would be the esee 5 hands down, such a well made knife, just keep the exposed edge oiled as it is 1095 HC steel.

ESEE 5 is the beast of the knife family. This blade can handle ANY task.
