Great Product for Tendinitis
Love it! Already used it before buying so knew what to expect. Helped with my tendinitis in my elbow. Will definitely use it for post gym recovery etc.

Unsure as to what the effects are ... and that's the Physio ....
I bought this on the advice of a Physiotherapist and having damaged my knee. I user the muscle Atrophy setting to treat the leg/knee that I hurt. I've hurt this knee/leg before and it took several months to heal. When I hurt it this time I did everything right, went private, had an xray, MRI, Physio, consultant ... the whole 9 yards and I've noticed .... nothing. No difference of when I healed naturally and this time with lots of Physio work and this electro-stimulation of my leg. It's been 4 weeks now and I honestly have not seen any difference in my progress. Very disappointing. My leg muscle twitch like crazy and everything tingles and vibrates and it LOOKS like things are happening but ... nope. I think it might be the same thing as trying to heal an eye defect by blinking a lot. I think maybe the exercises strengthen the muscles to protect them but whether this actually does anything even the Physio wouldn't swear to it saying simply Russian gymnasts had used the machines and reportedly suffered 5 % less injuries ?!?!? Maybe I need to try a different version of something as it's unclear as to how high i should have the setting on this.

Shame no lymphatic drainage like cheaper fitness 5 and perhaps ankle twist prevention
Shame it does not include lymphatic drainage for such an expensive device like the cheaper fitness 5 device and possibly ankle twist prevention. Maybe possible with software update to maximise compex 6 potential and customer satisfaction?

Wish I had waited a couple of weeks and saved £200
Reduced in price from £800 to £600 within two weeks of purchasing.... otherwise a great piece of kit.

Je recherchais un appareil puissant et surtout efficace c'est mon deuxième appareil un an d'utilisation trois ou quatre fois par semaine je ne regrette pas l'investissement dans ce produit endurance et force développer et soins d'une tendinite rétractile à l'épaule droite. Très bien pour la récupération il faut arriver à une utilisation de puissance à 999 et comptés plusieurs mois . Les problèmes au début avec le poids des modules et les électrodes résolues avec les bandes élastiques indispensables. Entretien des électrodes avec une goutte d'eau après utilisation puis direction le frigidaire on multiplie par trois la durée de vie des électrodes avec les bandes élastiques qui restent complètement obligatoires .

Ottimo prodotto di ottima fattura (sia hardware che software), professionale e finora molto soddisfacente. Facile da usare e funzionale anche per chi utilizza o si avvicina per la prima volta ad un prodotto di questo genere. Il Compex 6.0 ha un'ampia gamma di programmi divisi per tipologia per chi pratica sport (agonistico e non) per chi ha la necessità di recuperare muscolarmente, fare terapie specifiche o semplicemente vuole rilassarsi dopo un intenso allenamento, un post-gara o una dura giornata di lavoro! Le sonde wireless assicurano la massima flessibilità e comodità d'utilizzo e la confezione contiene una comoda "charge station" dove riporre e ricaricare elettrostimolatore e sonde. Ho notato che i cerotti applicati sulla pelle (sui quali si agganciano le sonde che trasmettono l'elettrostimolazione) hanno una "durata breve" e perdono la loro efficacia per cui vanno sostituiti periodicamente se si usa spesso l'elettrostimolatore, specie nel medio/lungo periodo di recupero muscolare in cui la frequenza di utlizzo è fondamentale, ma questa è più un'implicazione d'uso che una pecca! Questo validissimo prodotto è da tenere d'occhio nei periodi di sconto dato l'elevato costo. Amazon, come sempre, è stata impeccabile nella spedizione con il servizio Prime.

There are already a lot of comments on the product, therefor I just summarize the for me most important aspects: + great usability + easy to handle menu navigation + good description of the programs - one of the electrodes was already damaged upon delivery Nevertheless, I would always recommomend this tool for any athlete.
