It also has a 3 x 3 velcro strip for morale patches. It includes an 8.5 x 11 writing pad and a 100 pack sticky note pad. It has an exterior slash pocket, interior zippered slash pocket, three pen holders, and interior file pockets. The binder has a double zippered closure, removable velcro 3 ring binder and 1" binder rings. You will not be disappointed with this binder.
