Great meal replacement
This is a great standby when you are off your food or when you don't have time to prepare a nutritious meal as it is full of vitamins and minerals and much better than eating junk. I love the flavour and prefer it to the artificially flavoured varieties and its gluten free too. So a win win for me.A bit disappointing when you open the pack and see that its not full but i guess the powder just settles after packaging so you're not getting as much as you anticipated. Will continue to buy though.

I don’t know if they may have changed the ingredients
Been having this as a drink also mixed in soups and cereals for 20 years and praise it highly but this new batch doesn’t taste the same and I wonder if the ingredients has changed? Wanted to return but not allowed to return. Another thing I used take mixed up with oat milk before bed for a good nights sleep but now doesn’t help. Could be just me I don’t know.
