I used to use thick flannel shirts when removing brush around my home and farm (looking at you multiflora rose), and my arms would get ripped and cut up even through the thick flannel. Now my arms have no scratches and I'm more comfortable as these may be worn with a shirt sleeve shirt, so I sweat less, and am able to work more efficiently. If you need to protect your arms from thorns, I strongly recommend these arm chaps. The fit around the cuffs and the upper arms were adjustable, but the fit around the arm itself was a little loose -- which is a good thing, as even if thorns manage to puncture through the leather, they won't get to your skin.

These welding sleeves are great for saving money though the size is a bit tight for welders with thicker bodies, the buttons on the cuffs are either too tight or too loose.But again, best cost effective for quality.

Good product ! I got these to protect my arms when feeding and playing with the dogs . There due claws gouge and rip the shin on my arms. With these I can put them on and the dogs and I can play for hours .
