Aloha BayChakra Candle Jar, Positive Energy

I loved the inscription and scent of this beautiful, high quality candle so much that I bought one for all of my sisters-in-law for Christmas gifts this year. It is difficult to find a long-lasting, clean-burning candle, but this one fits the bill. The scent is soft and fragrant, with sweetly subtle floral notes.This candle is made with 100% pure essential oils of Moroccan rose and chamomile. Chamomile is one of my favorite fragrances for its scent and for its calming, tranquilizing effects.The title of the candle represents the throat chakra, and I feel that therapeutically concentrating on this chakra has helped me be more gently assertive, as I have difficulty with verbal communication sometimes and getting my ideas across in effective ways.One of my favorite aspects of this candle is that the wax doesn't glue itself to the glass container. Once you are finished with the candle, as long as 1/4 inch remains in the bottom, simply invert, and the candle will fall out, allowing you to place another candle inside, re-use, or recycle the nice glass jar. The jar is 2.5 inches in diameter and 5.5 inches tall.

I was looking for a candle that would promote positive energy while working at my desk. This candle is perfect! Most candles have overpowering floral or food scents. I like this candle because its scent is pleasant but not overpowering. It is also beautiful and classy. Great to add some beauty, class, and ambiance to my desk. I honestly think this candle would be appreciated by anyone who gets it so I would reommend as a gift. My only gripe (not eough to remove a star) is that I remove the labels and they are a bit difficult to get off. That said, I'm ordering 2 more today!

Very nice. As others note, the fragrance is extremely light. The unobtrusive (almost non-existent) fragrance is a positive point for us, but if you want a highly fragrant candle, this isn't it. It burns a little faster than I would have liked, but my expectations may be too high. It is wonderful how it does not throw smoke -- even when you blow it out, you only get a small wisp of smoke that's gone in an instant. Also, it is a very beautiful candle. It would be nice if the labels could be easily and cleanly removed. I'm sure that Aloha Bay likes to keep their brand on the candle, but it would be helpful, as the consumer, to be able to easily and cleanly peel the labels and show the candle's full beauty. We've bought a few and will likely buy more.

I'm a huge fan of Aloha Bay candles, and this is one of my favorite ones. The scent is subtle and for me, calming. I like that Aloha Bay candles burn very clean.

I was not a fan of the smell of this candle, unfortunately. Also, it arrived broken, which seemed like negative energy as opposed to positive. If I would have liked the smell, I might have asked for an exchance, but I just took the loss. It's got a kind of "incense" smell. Some people would really like it, but I am not a fan. I like the look of it and concept.

Overall, this candle is nice and I think it is worth to buy. I like the fact that is made from natural ingredients. Smell is ok for me, not as strong as chemical candles from high street. The candle comes in glass holder, but the lid is made from plastic. If you are buying it as a present, you will probably need to buy a separate box or something as the given box is a bit bulky and simple.
