This Pool & Spa pool tester is accurate, easy to use and super easy to intrepret the results! Price was just right for how many tests you get in 1 without breaking the bank. Like many other reviews, the accuracy is similar to that of the liquid drops and pro analysis in the store. Hold in water for 2 seconds, compare results within 10-20 seconds after removing from water, and adjust your chemicals as necessary. Reading these in daylight is much easier than at night with a flashlight, but don't let it dry out too much before a read...it will show less than actually there. Keep stored in a cool, dry place....this is key to their longevity and accuracy. Even outdoor coverings such as sheds and cabinets dry them out to a point where they are inaccurate. Would happily buy again. I've worked on small to large pools and this time for an inflatable spa...works every time and is as accurate as can be. Your mileage may vary depending on your skills/practice with pool/spa chemistry but key is to adjust PH first and alkalinity next before you go tackling multiple issues...chlorine is key once those are level.

Test strips seem to be accurate, easy to use

Received them in good condition, and I’m very pleased with the product.

I have almost gone through one of these and have purchased a second so I don't run out. I've been very happy with the test strips and feel they are a good value. They get the job done and with a 150 count I find I test more often which has helped me keep my hot tub in shape.

Very quick results and seem to be quite accurate. After adding chemicals to adjust to readings pool is responding effectively. I gave up my pool service and decided to regulate on my own. Not that difficult with this tool

Easy to use and accurate Have purchased several time

I bought these after getting sick of the pricing in my local Walmart for HTH strips. 150 strips for the price of 50 in stores is a killer deal. We have been using them for about a week or two and use them about twice a week. Whenever I try new strips, I compare them against a previous known brand for the first few tests. I also run the numbers at our local pool store. So far they seem reasonably accurate. I like that these have Chlorine, Free Chlorine and Bromine which makes them pretty versatile. This helps with dosing common spa chemicals like Oxidizer as well as meeting the needs of both Chlorine and Bromine users (you can obviously go either way for your sanitizer of choice). My only criticism (which is small honestly), is the order of the chemical reads on the label. Anyone who buys a lot of strips knows the chlorine usually comes first, followed by things like PH, alkalinity etc... On these strips, chlorine levels are listed last. It's a small detail, but one that takes the habitual brain a moment to reorient.

Although well sealed and its too early for expiry date and looks 100% new, the strips are a complete shock. All readings cannot be compared with the Color Chart in particular ALL READINGS!!. I am completely disappointed for the time and money lost. Yes I observed all instructions carefully. And because of wrong readings I added some SpaGuard PH Increaser and next day added some more SpaGuard Total Alkalinity Increaser!. All the results were same, showing only YELLOW COLOR which is not related to Color chart at all! My granddaughter can no longer use the pool for the time being! Today a family member who have similar INTEX 260x160 cm pool tested the pool water with the tester they use and the results were frightening! Now I have to drain some or most of my pool water to fix what the strips destroyed May be returning these test strips in near future I have to look for something else
