Learning to use the chair is a little tricky. If you want to customize you need to do it before the chair begins it's automatic scanning etc. ie. You want to just use the heat: 1- Power on. 2- press the airbag button within a couple of seconds. 3- go to the airbag menu. 4- set airbag strength to off. 5- turn on the heat and set the amount of time you want.. So as you can see it is a little bit "complicated" but a delight once you get it set up as you like. The lower back massage is MUCH too strong for me and I am a fairly fit male 60s, but maybe it is good for you . I fixed this by folding a small fleece blanket and leaving it in the lower back area of the chair. PERFECT. The heat is one level only. It is fairly warm but I would like it warmer (I like VERY warm) and I would like to be able to keep it on for more than 30 minutes as I doze off in my chair. The LED blue light is just annoying to me. The speakers are not good but I would not want to use them anyway; I enjoy peace and quiet while I get my massage. Delivery was painless. Set up was easy. If you dust off the box after you remove the chair it would make a terrific clubhouse for a kid!! The chair is comfortable to just sit in but not as comfortable as a normal easy chair. I am happy to sit in it for a while but get up because it is confining and I don't want to wear it out. There is one teeny tiny cut on the foot rest. Nearly invisible. I don't care as long as it doesn't grow. This may sound like a bad review but NO, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY CHAIR. I've been wanting one for over a decade. This one is warmer than most, seems pretty solid and well built and is such a NICE PRICE for the features it has. I recommend this chair for average people. I think it is too strong for elderly and frail folks though. Maybe they all are too rough (and hard to get in and out of) but it has been a long time since I tested other chairs. Bottom line is it might not be a great gift for an elderly or infirm person. CAREFUL: These types of chairs can hurt children and pets. Don't let them play on or around it. I think especially, the foot rest comes down (stretch massage) with substantial force. Hope this helps. I am going to get a massage right now. ***Customer service at this company is AMAZING! Great Massage chair right up there with the higher end massage chairs but much more reasonably priced. And if you have any issues, the Customer Support Team is Awesome! I had a minor aesthetic issue which was most likely caused during delivery, but Customer Support went out of their way to make everything right. I wish more companies took customer support this seriously. Only con I would say is the app for the phone which I am just not having to use because the remote control and the arm panel control are good enough for me. The app wouldn't sync with my chair so i couldn't set it up on my phone. But overall this is probably the best massage chair out there, especially for the price and support you receive if needed. We wanted a massage chair to help with everyday body aches and old muscle injuries that flare up from time to time. Didn't want to break the bank or settle either so we searched for a long time and we chose the EasPearl. It had the features I wanted and a slim profile so it doesn't require a lot of space. I received updates on my purchase from the day I place the order until it was delivered to my garage exactly 10 days later. I knew where it was everystep of the way and when to expect delivery. Tracking information was provided by the Seller, Amazon and also the Carrier. My massage chair was delivered on a pallet in a box and packaged very well and it was completely assembled. We unboxed and moved it into the house, plugged it in and turned on the power button. That's it! The manual is easy to understand and guides you thru the remote control functions, to help you select the type and intensity of massage. The remote is also tethered to the chair so you cant lose it. Customer service before and after delivery was beyond excellent, the Seller made sure I had the Carriers contact number and the tracking number, told me when to expect delivery, they emailed me operation tips, answered my questions promptly and address any concerns I had with making this major purchase sight unseen. My buying experince with this seller was very professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. For the level of care they gave me I highly recommend them and this massage chair. Its fits me and my husband very comfortably, he is 230 lbs and has wide shoulders. The chair automatically scans the user. He can manually adjust the roller width and loves the neck and shoulder massage. The intensity level is adjustable so you can customize your massage to very intense or very light. The heat therapy and the massage pillows turn on/off, the foot rest automatically extends and the foot rollers are great. The zero gravity only needs a few inches off the wall for full extension and there's a stretch massage. This chair packs a lot in a small package and is put together very nicely. You can select a 10, 20 or 30 min massage time, it will automatically shuts down when completed. We haven't tried the blue tooth or the App yet, still experimenting with the different massage techniques and looking forward to years of use. BTW this chair come with a 3 yr warranty which is the longest I've seen offered in this price range.

Excellent craftsmanship, feels very solid and looks great in our living room. The sides have the leather finish which looks so much better than the hard plastic on other chairs. So many massage options that I haven’t even tried them all yet. I like the thick padding on the seat and it’s comfortable for a bigger person to use. The app works well but the loud beep it makes when connecting Bluetooth scares our dog. I don’t know if there’s a way to turn that off.

The product actually arrived few days earlier. The seller responded and answered questions promptly. This massage chair is much better than the one we had before. We really enjoy it.

I bought this chair after doing quite a bit of research. I wanted something that could be used by everyone in my household, and this chair supports a heavier weight and height up to 6 foot 2. It arrived quickly, even earlier than expected. You do need to plan how you'll get it into your house and into the room you want it, it's big and heavy. The seller's support was excellent - they honored a discount code available on another site and quickly sent me a heated face mask as an extra gift for purchase. The options are extensive (manual and auto mode) and I could spend hours in this chair. At this price point, this was the best chair. I had found another chair on a competitor's site and my order kept getting cancelled - dealing with Amazon and with this seller was a much better experience.

The massage chair has helped me getting rid of my shoulder pain and also got relief in back and foot, I recommend to buy this chair for overall body relaxation right at our home!👍

It took a little while to understand the features of this chair but once I understand that you just let the machine do all the work, it gets better. Only issue I had was the heating control is either all or nothing. Sometimes it gets to be a little too hot. Other than that, I have this chair dialed in. Feeling like a million bucks!
