Beautiful toy

The African Hunting Dog, Painted Wolf, call them what you will, is basically unfriendly toward manufacturers of wildlife models.Firstly, their markings vary greatly and secondly are extremely and subtly COMPLICATED.The anatomy of this model is spot on; the paint-job is, admittedly, a little less so, but for a mass-produced model without the luxury of someone spending hundreds, thousands, millions of hours over each single one, it's a creditable effort at typical complex Hunting Dog markings.Anyone who loves the animal or just wants to add the species to an African Animals collection should have no complaints with this model.

Very happy grandson when he opened this. Great product well made and excellent detail .

I like everything about it apart from the eyes. The pupils are at the top of its eyeballs instead of the middle. It looks really weird.

Great quality & detail that you would expect with this brand.

My son and daughter are made keen on all of the animals at the moment, fuelled by The Lion King, Madagascar and so on. We are building a nice little collection and this is a particular favourite, looking as it does identical to those in London Zoo. It's quite small but beautifully painted.
