Brilliant little travel bidet that keeps me hygienic when away from home. When not in use, the unit is nice and small. Nevertheless, there is more than enough water capacity, as the outer protective container also acts as the water bottle (after removing and filling, you then screw onto the bottom of the unit).Overall a quality product that I just know will last. And great value too! - I'm well pleased :)

We used this when travelling abroad. It was really handy, dead easy to use and importantly very hygienic (which was more than I can say about some of the toilets we used whilst on the road). It certainly hit the spot

Well made but expected it to have a bit more oomph. Others might find it ok think I'm a bit spoilt cause I'm used to having a mains water cleaner.

It’s was working fine then suddenly stopped and wouldn’t turn on at all I tried changing the battery but still not working

I got this to try and reduce the use of toilet roll/wipes, I knew that portable bidets were likely not going to be all that good. As it stands right now, it does help reduce the need to clean after but it is very minimal for the most part, I am not sure if it is the very small water reservoir that it has or if maybe the jet is not big enough or covering enough surface area.Overall, I am still using it since it does reduce slightly but I cannot fully recommend.

Works great. Have used it every day while on an extended vacation. Sure it could have a little more pressure and a larger water reservoir but it's a portable, hand held device. Just refill the reservoir for a second wash if necessary and when used with a flushable wipe, leaves you clean and fresh. Highly recommend this product. I had another brand prior to this one and it was junk. Used it 3 times and quit working and was a lot more expensive.

Absolutely awesome bidet, but it stopped working less than a year after purchase. It worked great on one use, then simply didn't on the next.I haven't used it daily (I don't carry it around on errands) but in my travel trailer, camping, and hotel stays it proved invaluable, especially when my arthritis acts up and I can't reach as well to wipe. The battery power means I don't have to squeeze, which is hard with achy hands.If it hadn't stopped working I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I am so happy with my Bidetmaster Portable Travel Bidet. Since having cancer and having terrible bowel issues wiping with toilet paper created more issues. I became so tender and irritated that normal day-to-day activities became very difficult. Finding this product has made travel a breeze and less stressful. I would never want to leave home without disposable wipes. Now I just need some water and my Travel buddy.

Not as powerful as I would like. But it's very nice and compact.

After 6 months the 'motor/pump' no longer works. Was OK until then.Company did make good on product.I was just refunded by the company for the defective unit. So they did respond to my complaint. Have also promised to send a new unit at no charge. Excellent response by them. Give it a try.
