Commercial Margarita Machine, 24L Frozen Drink Machine,700W Commercial Slushy Machine, 2 Bowl Slushie Machine, Frozen Drink Machine for Restaurant Bar Party

I purchased this product about a month ago. Out of the box it had issues. It was very loud, the fan was rattling, and wasn't freezing properly. I then spent 3 hrs fixing what I could, but still was not making a slushy consistently. I contacted Vevor (the manufacturer) to receive a refund with minimal customer service available. Their support team has been of no help and refuses to refund me. Please do yourself a favor and do not by this junk. Spend a little more money and buy one from a more reputable company.

We bought this about a year ago and it's been great. It sits at our work and runs 24/7 and we haven't had an issue with it.

I want to give 0 stars. This unit never got cold once let alone be a SLUSHY machine. Im pretty sure they sent me a refurbished older model. No LED panel, no thermostat, and hard to follow set up directions. It also blew a hopper right off the machine full of mix and mix flew everywhere all over my business. The hopper is only suctioned on my a rubber ring. Terrible design. Ive bought 4 different Vevor machines now and they are all junk. 2 Ice cream, & 2 slushy. It still hasnt been picked up yet for refund.

The media could not be loaded.  We used it three times first two worked second time didn’t not freeze or even get cold. Called customer service which didn’t not help so returning itstill haven't received a refund????who do I contact about this?? AMAZON
