Clears mortar stains and Efflorescence
I had to rebuild part of a pillar due to water damage, which resulted in mortar stains. The pillar also had some really bad Efflorescence stains (which I had previously tried to remove with a wire brush, which failed to remove the stains) so after some looking I found this produce. I used It undiluted, make sure you use protective gear and that you have a hosepipe to hand. What really impressed me was I applied the solution with a old dyson brush attachment, and it removed all the stain Completely gone with little effort and trust me the Efflorescence was impossible to remove with a wire brush... I would recommend. The attached pictures are before and after...

Works really well on lime and wire brush marks, handle with care though
Did a great job of cleaning both white lime marks and grey marks left by a rotary wire brush from previous attempts to clean brick( the wire brush method does remove the lime but also stains the brick badly). Heavy duty lime needed to be partly chipped off but the acid cleaned up the residue well. It’s fairly scary stuff and I used goggles, face mask and gloves. You have to scrub the brick a bit to get it to work properly. It caused whatever it touched to fizz including the gravel on the drive. However it does seem the only way to clean brick

Very disappointed
used to get cement stains off patio after husband done some regrouting, never budged it. We put neat soloution on with a brush and scrubbed it with a wire brush but it didn’t budge it. Not worth the trouble, really hard work for very little improvement. Don’t bother.
