Nice to use, very hot!
I've had a couple of cordless glue guns, they tend not to last long but I feel reassured by this.Owner of many Worx products at this point, very rarely to I get a disappointment but when I do I make it known by my reviews, but I'm pleased to say, this one seems like a winner.First, even just using a 2ah battery it still has enough weight in it to hold the glue gun upright on the table no issues at all.Nice simple on/off button on the top, slot in the battery press the button to be greeted by a red light. It takes about 2 minutes for the red light to turn green, after that a little pull on the trigger and the glue flows very smoothly using minimal amounts of pressure required and the glue is exceptionally hot! I did a project using a full stick in short time (tacking cables) and inevitably got some on my fingers and while hot glue is usually hot and uncomfortable it doesn't do much damage ~ But with this I've actually burnt the tips of my fingers. (not for kids!)I will note: I have found actual heat time (with 'old' glue left in it) is actually more like 3 minutes instead of the stated 2 minutes (despite the light turning green) using it immediately can be a bit of a struggle to get started, but I've found giving it an extra minute and everything flows super smooth & effortless. The nozzle does drip slightly, but in my usage doesn't appear to continuously erupt like some others I've used, usually just a drip then it stops. All in all, nice glue gun was worth the 30 or so bills I spent for sure, the extra heat right up until the very tip & overall ease of everything in general I've no concerns about any blockages shortening it's life which is what usually breaks glue guns.

Worx full size.glue gun
I bought this as the bare bones unit to go along with my other Work tools. I have been happy with this brand and have a number of their products. The heat gun itself feels solid and works as expected. It's a bit slow to heat up but has an indicator that shows green when ready. I needed a glue gun I could use in the great outdoors away from a power source. This uses 11mm glue sticks

The standard that all others should be held to
This is perfect once it has heated up and that takes about the same amount of time as a mains powered one. It is light and the 2 finger trigger is brilliant to use but pressing the trigger is so light that hardly any pressure is needed to get the glue out. This really is a joy to use and it will be well used.

This is one of the most expensive glue guns to buy so
I would expect to get at least one battery with it, which you don’t. The battery itself takes up to 3 hours to charge , so for crafting, you need at least 2 which will set you back at least another £60. The gun itself leaks glue just like most other glue guns, so nothing special there. The wirelessness does come in handy but given how long you may need a glue gun to stay hot during a crafting project, you would be better off getting a wired version at a fraction of this price. It would also be nice to have changeable tips for projects requiring a finer amount of glue, given the price of this, it should be able to wash your dishes as well!Considering the exorbitant price for this gun, I am very underwhelmed. Save your money and go for a cheaper model, they are just as good as this!

Well it's Worx for me every time !
About time Worx did a good size gluegun, I was pleasantly surprised to find it light weight in use compared to its size, I can now move on all my mains powered glue guns as this is far more flexible then any other one I own works with all so sizes of powershare batteries so jobs. Goodun !
