As a teacher Ticonderoga pencils were always the best. They are easy to sharpen, the lead does not break easily, and the lead is centered correctly in the pencil. Because of this these pencils last longer and are a better value over time. These pastel colors are so fun for our students. They love them and like using them.

Fun colors and last forever. My students don’t have to sharpen as often and the lead lasts without breaking out of the pencil. The eraser doesn’t leave marks as well. They are worth the money. You won’t need to continue to buy more pencils.

You can't go wrong with a Ticonderoga. The pastel colors are so cute! Full sized pencils, already sharpened, so many for a great price. Same amazing quality and grip of the standard ones we buy in the box store but you get the cute colors in bulk! The PERFECT pencils!

Ticonderoga makes solid pencils that write smoothly and clearly. They are #2 pencils, so they are what most elementary schools require. I got the pastel pencils for my 4th grader. They are different than the regular yellow ones the rest of her class uses. She likes them because they are pretty. I recommend the pastel Ticonderoga pencils because they are easy to use, attractive, sharpen evenly, and erase cleanly.

This Ticonderoga pencil is my favorite pencil to use. My personal connection to this product is that I use it daily as a teacher. I have been teaching for almost 20 years and it’s by far the best pencil, in my opinion. I use this pencil to write my lesson plans and take notes every day. I purchased this pack to give to my students as a Valentine’s Day gift this year. I like this pencil because it has an eraser that erases marks nicely and doesn’t smudge. It has a comfortable grip and writes easily on paper. When you sharpen it, it sharpens evenly and doesn’t break. At 50 cents a pencil, it is a good deal because it lasts a long time. It comes in fun pastel colors for Valentine’s Day or Easter. I have no concerns about this pencil. This is why I prefer the Ticonderoga pencil to use as a teacher.
