Pump dispenser doesn't work
Can't use this product the pump dispenser doesn't work so can't use it to get the cream out. waste of money. Not impressed.

A great moisturiser
I originally bought this product for my daughter's eczema and thought id try it on my own dry skin and i love it! Its easily absorbed, really softens my skin, soothes any soreness instantly and a little goes a long way! Also it has no scent which its great as some moisturisers can be quite overpowering!

Love this cream, apparently you can get it on prescription, but I don't feel I should, only reason I marked it down a star is the price.

Good product stuck in bottle
Good product but pump bottle stopped working with at least half the product still inside. Had to contact Cetraben directly rather than returning via Amazon which isn't great.

Cleared up skin
I have been suffering for the past three and a half years with the skin on my eyelids being dry and sore and my eyelids swelling up. I was told by the nurse that I had blepharitis. After being given a steroid cream for my eyes which didn't work I decided to try creams purporting to be vegan, natural etc etc but nothing worked.My friend told me about this cream as her daughter was suffering with allergy related eye swelling, so I thought I'd give it a try.At first I was cross because I was pumping the bottle and nothing was coming out, but after a good 5 minutes or so it finally started working. The cream took about a week to start working (it was a little stingy to begin with but I was warned about this), but the difference it's made is phenomenal. My eyelids had not been 'normal' for what felt like an age (about 3.5 years) I was spending ages in the morning doing my make up so that I looked vaguely normal (I work in a school, can't be scaring the kids) but now I have days where I just wear mascara instead of having to do the whole kit and caboodle.Brilliant stuff.

The Cream, Lotion and Ointment in the Cetraben range are simple to apply. The Cream and Lotion come packaged with a pump dispenser, helping you avoid mess and waste while ensuring easy and measured applications whenever you need them. Apply to the skin as often as required or directed by your pharmacist of GP, to ensure continued hydration throughout the day. We recommend that you treat your skin as frequently as possible, or as a minimum at least twice a day. Apply liberally to the affected skin, as often as you feel the need to, ensuring that the area is well covered. Apply gently in the direction of hair growth until absorbed. Avoid rubbing the cream vigorously as this could trigger itching, creating more heat in the skin. Apply your emollient before and after you bathe to protect your skin from dryness. In addition, you can use the ointment as a soap substitute as it will be kinder to the skin but just a effective as cleaning it. Prime the pump before first use by depressing fully until cream appears. If the pump stops working do not dismantle. Re-start by covering the nozzle, then fully depress the pump several times to expel air.
Use as a daily cleanser: Gently massage Cetraben Daily Cleansing Cream into wet skin and rinse off under warm running water. Pat skin dry with a soft towel. For best results re-apply Cetraben Daily Cleansing Cream as a daily moisturiser. See ‘How to use a daily moisturiser’ for more information.
Use as a daily moisturiser: Apply Cetraben Daily Cleansing Cream directly onto the skin. Gently rub in until absorbed. Use as often as required.
