Versatile and bold.
I usually make cappuccino at home and this is my go to blend.Very versatile. Used it with mokapot, french press, chemex, cold brew etc. the taste comes out great and not too bitter.

Medium roasted coffee is underrated.
I am a Covid long hauler, and I haven't had taste or smell for close to 2 months now. However, I decided to go back to drinking brewed coffee instead of instant coffee again, even if my altered taste and smell don't permit me to experience it fully. However, I was pretty blown away by how smooth this feels on my tongue. It is not foul smelling like instant coffee can be, and does not stay in the throat to give that burnt taste. Of course, I'm only describing it for people like me, who have partially or fully lost or have altered taste and smell. You can definitely make the switch to any roasted ground coffee and probably start using it for olfactory training as well.
