Will this remove tile paint from tiles?

Took some enamel paint off of a ceramic tile with it, didn't harm the surface in my experience but YMMV.

Can it be used on plastered walls

This is a paint stripper for gloss and enamel paint. I wouldn't have thought it was suitable for plaster
