This is exactly what it claims to be - a great little stovetop espresso maker. The directions are very simple - basically add espresso, add water, heat, and serve. The pot is easy to unscrew, and the fact that it came with extra/spare gaskets is a nice perk. I would recommend this espresso maker to anyone looking for a quick jolt of caffeine without a big coffee shop price.

I ordered this after using a friend's for a while and really coming to love the taste of coffee brewed this way. It arrived very quickly with no issues. The packaging was sufficient to protect the maker during transit. Set up process for each cup is easy and honestly kinda fun. This is the larger version, which didn't notice when I ordered it, so it does make about 2 standard-sized cups of espresso. Which is exactly as it's labeled, I just didn't understand the implications of the size difference until I made my first brew.The only complaint I have about this model is that while pouring the brewed coffee, some of the liquid dribbles down the side of the pot and onto the counter. Something about the spout design causes a little bit of mess every time. Not a huge problem since I can pour it over the sink, and it's really not a lot, but frustrating anyway.

My wife and I love our weekend morning coffee. We have a percolator, drip maker and French Press.So far we have loved the French Press coffee flavor the best, until we bought this.The coffee is sooooo delicious and the espresso this makes is beyond any flavor that we have tried.We use this more that any other coffee device now.We use Starbucks ground espresso so that probably helps too!!

Couldn't be happier with my purchase of this product. Makes great tasting coffee in a very small amount of time. Before purchasing this I was using a canonical coffee drip machine. Now that machine is in a garbage dump somewhere, far far away. This espresso machine is sturdy, well built, and I really like that it includes extra gaskets! The espresso machine is great, but what truly makes it a great product is the constant search for feedback by the producers of this machine. They seem eager to receive feedback, whether good or bad on their product, and I believe this is what truly stands out. They are searching for any sort of improvement they can do to this product. A must buy.

The design of the handle, well, grabbed me first. It appeared sturdier and better designed than most handles in the espresso makers I have used. The second thing was the yeo extra gaskets, which I was thrilled to find out were made of silicon. Third, the price point was excellent!!

Perfect espresso maker at a very reasonable price. The stovetop espresso maker produces a much better ( darker and more robust ) than the automated espresso machines. It cost me about .5 cents per day to make my daily coffee where six shots at the local coffee shop was close to $5.00. I am very pleased with the quality and simplicity of this product. My last stovetop espresso maker lasted fifteen years and I expect this one with solid aluminum construction will last even longer. I Highly Recommend this product.

Basically, you are getting what you expect.The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is that the metal is a rather light alloy of some type. There is no obvious issue with durability or function, but it feels cheap to handle. Again - no issues with the function, but the feel is funny. This is all relative to the other one I have which has more heft.

I grew up on these espresso makers so I was excited to have my own. After second use the espresso machine, coffee grains in my cup started to come in more after each use. Results you might ask? A smile covered in coffee grains lol
