Decent little travel crate!
I traveled across the country with two young cats and this little crate was great. Critters couldn’t and didn’t break out and I could unzip a little portion and pet them. My issue with this crate was that it seemed as though it had been used. It arrived, I needed it for my drive and the interior looked scratched all over. The mesh was intact, but it seemed like it had maybe housed an angry small dog that tried to escape. Folds up nice and flat; easy to store. After being educated on the interior coating of this product - it scratches with folds and wrinkles - I can say that the company ensured me this product wasn’t used. It’s a good little crate. I forgot to mention the little pocket on the side that came with a collapsible bowl (I used it for water) and the other pouch on the end; the second zippered pouch allowed me to stuff cat food for a night and morning in a hotel. Handy!

32” for 2 cats and litter box
I have been acclimating my two cats for the last 24 hours and now added an empty litter box to acclimate further before we use this to road trip tomorrow. So far I think the size is good and is going to work. They have been playing in it since yesterday, and seem to enjoy it. Has been a happy fun place which is good. It seems to be very sturdy structurally. The materials are very sturdy. It’s like a thick canvas that you might see with a camping tent. I will update this review after we use it tomorrow in the car. The cats are 11 months old so pretty much full grown and full weight 8 to 10 pounds. A 26 inch I had looked at would’ve been too small for this use and the other option was a 36 inch that would be definitely too big and difficult to maneuver. 32” is enough room to lie down next to each other stand up, move around, etc. I am planning to keep the litter box in there for “just in case” so we’ll see how that goes.

Carrier-hating cat likes this one
**UPDATE:I drove 6hours with my cat in this carrier and he only meowed when I first put him in the car. Once I started driving, he was totally fine. He was still upset that he had to be stuck inside a carrier for 6hours, but he wasn’t as stressed as he was in his smaller carrier. He had enough room to move around and a few times, he would walk around in circles, moving from lying down close to the side opening where he could see me, and moving to sleep towards the opposite side in the back for more privacy. I did cover the carrier with the blanket that the seller provided with the carrier to minimize distractions, which also seemed to help soothe his anxiety a lot too. Highly highly recommend this! Changed from 4 to 5 stars for awesome travel update. My 19lb large tuxedo cat HATES carriers. At first, I thought it was just because he associated it with going to the vet. He would meow endlessly and be in so much distress. When I got this one, he was initially weary of it because it’s new and doesn’t smell like anything of ours lol. He’s slowly warming up to it and now he crawls inside of it to take his cat naps or to hang out with me and my bf while we’re in the room watching tv.Haven’t used it to travel yet so giving 4stars for that for now. But fingers crossed he’s less anxious with so much room to move around in it now. We have a 6hr drive to move to a different state so we’ll see how it goes.If your cat is bigger and hates carriers too, I’d look into getting this carrier to give your cat a bit more space to move around in. I also bought a 3” memory foam bed to place inside this carrier to make it more fluffy and soft for my cat. He still has plenty of room to stand up and move around.

Cat accepted this one
I bought this carrier to transport my very anxious, older cat, in my car. We traveled four hours to visit family and he never complained a bit, and he arrived in a calm state. This was a remarkable improvement over previous, shorter, trips taken locally. A bit expensive, but of good quality compared to many others I've researched. I'd recommend it to a friend.

Life saver
Run don’t walk to get these. This might be a little long so bear with me!My husband and I were going through a difficult time when we had to move out of our apartment very quickly due to our landlord selling it. While we were attempting to buy a house we had to move in with my in-laws who were extremely allergic to cats. Luckily my mom was able to take them, however she lived 3 1/2 hours away from me. I have four cats and at the time no cat carriers so we were very concerned with how we would be getting them to my mom. After hours of research I came across these cat carriers. I needed to limit how much I was spending so I only ended up getting two of them but I will definitely get more in the future. Of my four cats one of them is massive, at least 20 pounds because of his breed so we were very concerned with smushing two cats per carrier. When they arrived I was pleasantly surprised. Set up was extremely simple, I left it out for them for a couple of days and they got used to it/started sleeping in them. It came with a bed, a blanket, and a water bowl and I added a softer bed to each. Since it was a 3 hour trip, I ended up putting a makeshift litter box in both (made out of IKEA dresser drawer dividers). Even with all of that, my cats had enough room to themselves. At the end of use, you are able to fold and buckle them together so that it takes up almost no space. This is the most important aspect of these cat carriers to me because I’ve had some in the past that are so bulky that when living in a small apartment you almost have to get rid of the carriers. The only grievance that I had with this cat carrier is the smell. These came smelling so strongly of chemicals, it took days to get the smell out of our living room. I believe that if I were to go pull them out of my garage they would still somewhat smell of chemicals. I’m not certain how to get that smell out so if anybody has advice please let me know.Honestly the smell was such a concern that if we weren’t moving in such a short amount of time, I would’ve sent these back and done something else but from my experience buying stuff like this always comes with a weird smell to it. I ended up spraying them down and washing them out very very well and leaving it open enough so that my cats could get their scent on it and get comfortable with it. It ended up not being too bad of a worry, but still keep that in mind. All in all I will definitely get more in the future. These are perfect for road trips because it’s extremely structured without being cold plastic. My cats would sleep in these every day if I let them! The past 6 months have been absolutely insane so I somehow didn’t get pictures but trust me, these are massive and definitely worth the money.
