R's KOSO Trial Pack - Japanese Postbiotic Drink (30ml/1oz × 5 Bottles)

It tasted great and I had no reactions. I can not tell if it worked but I would use it again.

This works, but you need to be near a bathroom when lightening strikes. The taste is nice. I used cold filtered water. I suggest that if you do not work from home that you use it during the weekend. I used a tablespoon with 8 oz of water. I noticed a difference in my skin and my thoughts are clearer. I've been using this for 2 weeks. I will buy this again.

I did a week cleanse so I purchased those small bottles. I drank one a day in the morning. The taste was bearable but not great. I know that it's not a smoothie, but the taste is not the best. It did help with my cleanse though, and combined with some healthy food, I feel that it helped me feel better and lighter. I would probably buy more if it was not so expensive. The large bottle is $100 unfortunately. I know that it comes from Japan, but really? $100? It is liquid gold? I will not purchase again.

this is not probiotic. its a syrup made from lots of sugar and who knows what. it tastes good, like any sugary syrup. there is no live culture to it like with kim chi or keffir. its in a sealed bottle, there is no bacteria off gassing, it is dead bacteria. i dont believe the ingredient list , AT ALL. if it does include the 400 ingredients listed then most of them are in miniscule proportions with the majority being whatever is cheapest to acquire for that batch, prob fruit peels or cabbage leftovers. they dont list the % ingredients. they also have no other test data to back up the ingredient list. its a scam. overpriced. i bought it because i was curious, got the sampler package. 1 STAR FOR THE PLEASENT TASTE, not for the 'health benefits' do yourself a favor and look up how to make your own probiotic syrup with living cultures. its not hard, i make my own yogurt, keffir, kombucha.

This is probably a healthy supplement, but you should be aware that if you have a hiatal hernia or acid reflux, this might not be good for you. I’m glad I ordered the small samples rather than the large bottle, because it definitely set off my acid reflux, even with medication. As far as taste, it’s not bad. I had to get past the smell, which is similar to sauerkraut. Actually, mixing it with a smaller amount of water and drinking it quickly was easier. The cold sparkling water is a must, or I assume you could add it to a smoothie. Don’t be afraid of the taste. I do recommend trying the samples first. Maybe split the cost with a friend, so you can both try it. I wish I could use it because it seems to be a good product.

I absolutely love Japanese culture! After visiting Japan, I was excited to find this beautiful outfit. It arrived in perfect condition, and I’m so impressed with the quality. I’m already planning to order another one — highly recommend!

I have purchased the 474ml bottles many times and love it so I ordered this mini size for my travel. I always have digestion concerns during business or personal trips because my eating habit changes dramatically suddenly. But this KOSO drink helped me to improve my gut health and digestion a lot during the trip. Each pack comes with 5 mini bottles, I just need to use one bottle and mix it with water or sparkling water before taking my breakfast every morning. This is very user-friendly as I do not need to store this in the refrigerator after opening it anymore!

Taste is terrible. No perceivable benefit. Very expensive.
