I paired this with an Okuma Celilo 9’ rod and 20# braided line. The result? Perfectly matched.My first reaction after attaching its handle was amazement at its silky smooth action. This reel is a major upgrade for me and its action was a real surprise.This reel is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend it.
