My daughter took one of my B complex vitamins for a couple of days and felt immediate benefits and asked for a bottle for Christmas.

I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). I take B vitamins for a few reasons. First, for years I had "burning mouth syndrome" which caused my tongue to be sore and sensitive all the time. More recently, I have developed some neuropathy in my hands, which means I can't feel my fingers much of the time. I have been taking a B Complex supplement because B vitamins can help with certain neurological problems.Omax Vitamin B Complex has all the Bs you want or need! All the B vitamins are present in this formula at levels of 100% of the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) or more. (Most are 2000% RDA or higher.) The suggested serving size is one capsule a day, which isn't too big and is easy enough to swallow, and there are thirty capsules in the bottle, so it is one month's supply. I think the current price of more than fifteen bucks is pretty high for a single month's supply, especially compared to some other reputable brands. If there is something specific about this formulation that makes it worth so much more money, I am not aware of it. It is made in the USA and third-party tested, though.I have had no problems taking this supplement. It hasn't worked any miracles, but I think it is certainly as good as or better than the brand I was taking before. I just don't see any justification for the higher price. Still, if you don't mind paying more, you would definitely be getting a pretty good B Complex vitamin in this.I hope my experience with this product helps you make a more informed purchase. This B complex is light dose which was exactly what I was looking for. You only need to take one per day so it lasts for a month (30 days). As far as I know vitamin B complex is a product that is composed of eight vitamins; B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12 and this product has all of the necessary vitamins. As we get older our body can absorb less vitamin B12 and it's great to use products like this for helping our body. It is helpful for hair, skin and nails and also perfect for our immune system and stress. If you don't want to use high dose or unnecessary amount of vitamin b complex, this product is a good option.

The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I didn't notice any side effects except a change in urine color. The levels of B-Complex are 50% lower than many other supplements you can find which can be a negative. It also doesn't contain as wide a range of vitamin B's as other supplements. It does seem like a good quality supplement for those looking for lower doses and maybe just a particular vitamin B.
