Beautiful watch and box. It is exactly as shown in picture, I would say it's even slightly better than the photo. I'm so glad we got the box to go with the watch. The box even come in a really nice box to wrap. It comes with a felt bag that holds the pocket chain. There is also a lint cloth packaged with it hor cleaning the pocket watch. We ordered this as a gift for our teen age daughter. You will want to leave the box open due to the wood box smells freshly lacquered. Air it out for a few days before you wrap it, if you are giving it as a gift

Finding battery free pocket watches are difficult to find now days. This is truly battery free. It is easy to wind with a definite stop to it so you do not over wind it a pop a spring. It is also easy to set the time and it appears to keep time well. Just wind it every morning and forget about it. It is also nice to look at. It appears to be of good quality workmanship and materials.

This watch looks pretty good for an inexpensive pocket watch. I've received a number of compliments about it. It keeps pretty good time too.

I got this from my fiancé for our anniversary and he absolutely loves us. He’s always wanted an old-fashioned pocket watch and he adores pirates of the Caribbean so it was perfect. It’s a really high quality pocket wash. It’s like I said old-fashioned it comes with multiple clips. He has one dangling in his truck because he thinks it’s so cool. I love how you can choose the metal for what style you want as well and then it’s very eco-friendly with being like I said old-fashioned it doesn’t come with the battery, so you have to twist it every 24 hours to rewind the clock. I recommended it to three other people and I love how excited he is to clip it to his jeans every morning to go to work. Overall a great and fantastic product that I am so appreciative of finding. I absolutely love skeleton watches and especially pocket watches. MY grandfather always had one and when my cousin got into the steampunk thing he took it and I never saw it again so when this one became available I had to have it right away.It reminds me so much of him and it works beautifully. It clips on to a vest or your jeans and fits i your pocket perfectly. For those however into a more classic look, this skeleton watch is the way to go. I know that in today's world where everything is electronic and people look at their phones to check the time, a classic piece like this can be handed down in the family and used for display or for every day-use. It's so neat watching the inner workings move and it winds itself by movement. Its elegant looking on has a polished Chrome look to it that will never go out of style.It makes me feel like I'm a little closer to my grandfather although he is gone :) this is something I will cherish for a long long time.

OH MY... Where to start with this pocket watch? Amazing is a great description of how it made me FEEL. Rich, like I had bought it for a couple hundred dollars. I couldn't afford that much for a "POCKET WATCH"! No, I owned a work of art for around $25. bucks and I'd like to keep it my secret. Let people think whatever they want ($$$) but couldn't. It's not for me sadly to say it's a Christmas gift for a close friend. Told everyone about another treasure I found on Amazon. The skilled carvings on the front facing! WOW let's bits of sparkling blue shine through. Then open up to the crystal styled clock facing. And not only that the back cover pops open too. You can see the mechanics of working gears and dials inside! I mean sometimes good things come along, ya' know? Well this for me is one of those times, and I get to make a great guy happy this Christmas... Thank You... Jeffrey

I painted the Phoenix Red to give contrast to the Lucky Dragon. Each are Magnificent. This watch is great to keep or to gift. The box it came in kept it tight and secure. Love it!!
