I discovered these in a home goods store in my town. So delicious. The coconut is pleasant in taste (not that overbearing artificial coconut taste in some snacks) and it gluten free. These go well with warm milk and coffee beverages.

These are fantastic cookies and I love them so much!! They are very fresh and very moisture.

I don't eat white or brown sugar so I was pleased to find a cookie that was sweetened with agave. I love these. Someone like my husband who eats Devil Dogs and Oreos probably won't like these because they taste healthy (yet delicious). I even created a desert which I really look forward to eating. I put a cookie in the microwave to warm up then put a few slices of banana, a scoop of vanilla coconut yogurt, some walnuts and pecans which I roasted in the oven then drizzle the whole thing with maple syrup. To me this is pure decadence but pure yummy delight.

Shelf life from Amazon arrival was short best by date of 1 month out from arrival and tasting slightly rancid- love these cookies but need to ensure the longer best by date and freshness for the package.
