Here I am down the insole rabbit hole, trying to add some pep and support to my jogging shoes. For the low price, these are pretty good. They fit well in my shoes, are nice and cushioned, and provide some moderate arch support. They’re not flimsy, but seem instead pretty robust. For this price you could do a lot worse. Definitely the best very-budget insole I’ve tried, and an easy way to extend the life of athletic footwear.

I have been looking for shoe inserts a long time - looking for cushion and arch support. Finally.Ok, these are cushy and comfortable for sore heels.There is enough cushion material that it provides arch support - I have high arches and am tired of the hard supports, which hurt after a while and have nowhere near the cushion. My heels have nowhere near the pain and tiredness they get from other shoes, even the higher end brands that advertise comfort and arch support.These fit in your shoes and require no breaking in, they just feel good. You do have to trim the down, I recommend using the insert you're replacing as a guide for correct trimming, as the lines marked on the soles aren't entirely accurate, at least not for my shoes. But they're easy to trim and stick in the shoes. I am not on my feet all day, just normal use and recreational walking, and these provide immediate relief from the soles that came with the shoes - nike, brooks, those type brands.so for me, walking is much more pleasent and less painful. One note when ordering. There is a choice of yellow or gray. Yellow is small, gray medium, and that is not clear as I ordered medium yellow and got small. Returning those was easy, but still I think that could be corrected on the description.

I don't know what it is about aging that makes feet hurt so much, but mine are now ultra sensitive. I'm forever in search of the perfect shoes inserts. These are good and I was excited by how comfortable they were when I first put them in. The one criticism I have is that after walking a few miles with them, I notice that the bottoms of my toes get sore. They could use a little more thickness toward the toes and ball of the foot. Otherwise very good. I haven't found a better set yet.

These are very nice. Very cushy. However:1. They are so thick that they make my shoes uncomfortably tight.2. The arch support is substantial. If this is what you need, you will like these. It’s too much for me.Too bad. I wanted these to work out.

Durably cushy, lasts as long as most gym shoes do. That's about when the cut edge starts to crumble, or if there's a weird angle in the original shoe. Cut easy, insert easy, pain relief.For foot pain, these are reliable for the bad days.I do need to add some sort of ankle wrap for stability if these are in a wider shoe. Wish they were a little wider- tho if I go up a size and cut down that might be enough.

I wanted bright white sneakers for my vacation but didn’t want to spend too much money on a pair since they scuff up easy. So, I found a shoe in the $20 range and replaced the crappy flat insole with this one. So far it feels amazing.I’m a US 6 / EU 36 with a high arch and this fit me almost like a glove. There’s a little more length than I need to accommodate a size US 7 but I just shimmied it around until it was comfortable without trimming it.

Easy to put in. Comfortable. Good support stays on place
