A bit expensive but, in my opinion, worth every cent.The first times it took a while to put them on, but it has become much easier and faster with use.The curls last much longer too (they loosen up after day 1, but are still there day 2 and 3, and still kind of wavy after that); I still have to leave these on for at least 3 hours* but I intend to try the hood at some point which might be faster.It is possible to sleep with them (not very comfortable) although it really depends on how the Curlformers are distributed and how many you used.I also really like the fact that come in both clockwise and anti-clockwise, which for me gives much better results than other rollers (since I always did one better than the other) and I can curl the whole length of my hair without having part of it bent in some strange shape.Another thing worth nothing is that your hair dries more quickly than with bendy-rollers, and that since they don't require heat (like a curling thong or hair-dryer) your hair is less damaged. They also leave your hair really soft and shiny, which I think it's because the hair loose less moisture by drying inside the Curlformer. I also use way less product in my hair (though I still have to use some*).I'm still going through some fine tuning to find the best way to use them, but I'm already 100% satisfied by the results so far.So to summarize:+ Durable product+ Curls last longer+ Possible to use while sleeping+ Regularly shaped curls+ Clockwise and anti-clockwise curls+ No heat+ Leave hair shiny and soft+ Use less product- Price- Takes a bit of practice- Takes longer than hair-drying*I have lots of long fine hair, your mileage may vary.

Bought these as a present for my daughter's birthday. Must admit that when I got them I was gutted as they really don't look much for the price, and I remember my mum putting rags in my hair to do the same thing (yes, I am that old!!) but she was delighted she had got them, and has convinced me they are well worth the money now! She used to straighten / curl / who knows what her hair every day and the split ends were showing quite clearly that her hair wasn't standing up to it too well, but since getting these she's curling more and they leave her hair undamaged. She normally has very straight hair and curls drop quickly but these seem to really work for hours and hours. Trust me, if a teenager says she is happy, they really must be perfect :)

I personally really liked this product and would strongly recommend buying it.It is a great way to have curls without using heat.I would not recommend sleeping with curlformers as I did as this was very very uncomfortable and had a terrible nights sleep. I would alternatively put these in the morning for going out in the evening.My curls lasted for 2 days in very good condition and then I had to put it up as it looked more messy.

Wow, no heat needed but you get curls as if you used heat, shiny silky soft bouncy curls, I'll really recommend this styling kit especially if you have kinky hair and don't use heat. Expensive but worth the results and as you'll use it for several years it'll pay back the money. On tutorials check out naptural85 on youtube she's great and there are many other tutorials on this kit. Can't stop bouncy my hair, looks as if I blow dried, flat ironed and then spiral curled it, , it's that great, please believe the hype about this kit. At first hard to use but once you do get the hang of it it's smooth sailing, by the way I used 80 because I wanted smaller sections and more definition, meaning I got 2 of this kit. The curlformers definitely gave quite a bit of curl in my hair, which is surprising since most curling tools curl my hair and the curls dissapear within the hour. With these that wasn't the case, they did however loosen up during the day, which gave a pretty effect and the next morning I still had some waves left.They are however quite annoying to sleep in and they were just a little bit too short for my hairlength (my hair is about 30inches/76 cm long.

My daughter has tried most devices to put waves/curls into her hair bit without much success as they look great for a short time but always seem to drop out quickly.These seem very easy to use, are comfortable(so she says) and the waves stop in for ages.They seem a little pricey for something that looks like a gimmick, but worth every penny when it cuts out teenage moaning!

I gave only 2 stars because it came used. Black long hair(I'm blonde) inside in not one or two but nearly every second. Disgusting.

Absolutely gorgeous curls I done for my daughter hair on her communion and the curls were so beautiful a hairdresser wouldn't get as good of curls and I went to 2 of them for trial runs so deceided to try these and my daughter loved her hair ns it last all day really worth the money

Bonjour à toutes,Je suis nappy depuis 2005 et suis ravie de cet achat. Je ne le regrette pas!!!Si vous souhaiter détendre vos cheveux sans utiliser de fer à lisser, ni de produits chauffants, c'est parfait!!Je l'ai gardé toute la nuit. C'est contraignant mais ça vaut le coup ( j'avais suivi les conseils de Naptural 85) et j'ai été très surprise le matin de voir mes cheveux lisses comme si j'ai fait un lissage chez le coiffeur.Mettre les curls:Regardez Naptural 85, elle donne de précieux conseils.En tout cas, bien attrapé tous les cheveux dans le crochet (et s'asurer que tous y sont bien) avant de tirer (sinon ça fait mal, loool).La première fois, j'ai mis 1h45 à comprendre et à les mettre, après c'est un jeu d'enfant.Séchage:Si vous mettez les curls sur cheveux mouillés, je vous conseille d'attendre que ça sèche bien comme il faut, avant de les retirer. Car si vous n'attendez pas, l'effet lissage ne sera pas le même (j'ai testé et c'était pas terrible). Donc pour cela:- Si vous ne voulez pas dormir avec, les mettre le matin et les retirer le soir.- Si comme moi vous pouvez dormir avec, mettez les en fin d'après-midi au plus tard pour être sûr de les avoir sec le lendemain matin tôt- Si vous ne voulez vraiment pas attendre autant de temps, vous pouvez utiliser un casque où vous insérez de la chaleur avec un sèche cheveux (testé également). Il faudra toutefois rester 45min au moins sous la chaleur.Voilà j'espère que ça servira à celles qui existent encore. Je suis une fan (effet lissage sans chaleur).

Ich habe mir die Curlformers aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen und weil ich Locken liebe bestellt. Vorab möchte ich erwähnen, dass ich was Haare angeht nicht so bewandert bin, selbst bei einem einfachen Zopf scheitere ich des öfteren. Aber ich bin von den Curlformers ABSOLUT begeistert! Die Handhabung ist echt super einfach, vielleicht etwas knifflig, wenn es an den Hinterkopf geht, aber auch das ist allein gut zu schaffen. Meine Haare sind ziemlich dünn und haben Po Länge. Sie haben unten etwas raus geschaut, dies war aber bei dem Ergebnis nicht mehr zu sehen. Die 40 Curlformers haben exakt für mein Haar gereicht.Bei der ersten Anwendung ohne Lockenschaum haben die Locken 2 Tage gehalten. Bei der Anwendung mit Schaum würden sie glaub ich ewig halten, wenn ich sie nicht am dritten Tag gewaschen hätte!Fazit:- super einfache Anwendung, auch für Leute, die mit Haaren auf Kriegsfuß sind- tolles Ergebnis ohne die Haare groß zu strapazierenAuch wenn etwas teuer, die Dinger sind das Geld wert!Meine Curlformers sehen auch heute nach vielen Anwendungen immernoch aus, wie am ersten Tag!
