worth the money
At first I thought I could sew one my self but the cinch for the Panniers may be simple it is well thought out & of excellent quality. Worth the price!

Just as advertised, worked great.
Tough and ready for abuse in the Mts. during our Elk Hunt. Easy to load up and stayed secure.
