I had a leak from the heater matrix in my old 2002 1.9 Citroen Berlingo diesel van back in around 2011. My garage chap told me how to get to the matrix. It was easy. All you had to do was remove two bolts in the engine compartment and then take out the whole dashboard, and there it was...!Alternatively, he suggested trying this stuff which at the time was about £13. Faced with a huge bill or £13, the Forté was the clear winner. I added it as per the instructions, drove a few miles, did a job (I'm a plumber) and when I came back to the van, the leak had stopped.I sold the van three years later and the leak still hadn't come back. Based on this excellent result, we used a bottle of it in my stepson's 2008 petrol Golf 1.6 a few weeks back when it developed a slow radiator leak. It worked within a couple of miles and once again, there's no sign of the leak returning.Okay, it's a bodge, but it really does work and it's not going to do any harm to the car, so I have no hesitation in recommending it to you if you need to save on some hefty repair bills.
