It’s a great book for recipe for cooking

It cover all phases of smoking with all pit boss

Lots of great recipes! But it needs an alphabetical index. Say you are looking for a recipe for Tilapia. You have to look in the table of contents under the seafood section and scan through the 300 recipes there for ones for Tilapia which are scattered throughout the list. Or they could have listed all the recipes for say brisket together in the Table of Contents, so you would not have to search throughout the section of nearly 500 recipes for beef to find the ones for brisket. I can find no logic in the order in which they listed the recipes in each section.

Our son-in-law asked for this for Christmas, he bought a wood Pellet Smoker, and he fixed us ribs, and they were delicious

I didn’t like that it didn’t have pictures and was not organized very well. I’m sure recipes are great but not very user friendly.

I was looking forward to learning how to use the Pit Boss smoker/grill with the recipes in this book. There are hundreds of recipes. The organization of the recipes is more than confusing. It is broken up into sections-beef-poultry-pork-etc. they are not alphabetized. The index and the table of contents are organized (??) in the same manner. A wild guess of where to look to find what you want is the best you can hope for.I would not recommend this cook book. Far too many recipes with no organization. And super tiny print!

Great book for someone who just bought a smoker and is looking for recipes to try out.

My kids gave this to my husband for Father’s Day. There are so many great recipients for him to try! A great gift for any smoker in your life!

There is nothing better than barbecued meat, but knowing how to cook it, like a real PIT Boss is a different story. I got this book for my partner, who is a barbecue enthusiast but would like to learn tricks and secrets to cook even better meat, enhancing it with the right techniques. This book is fantastic. 1500 recipes, each one better than the last... if we wanted, we could grill for the next 5 years.The cookbook is based on learning by doing, in fact there is very little initial introduction but this in no way detracts from the great value of this wonderful cookbook. There are many vegetarian recipes, not to mention the excellent desserts that can be prepared. A discovery was also the cocktails and drinks that can be prepared using the barbecue. I recommend it very much
