Yes. To really help the glow in the dark expose the entire costume to many days of sunlight. I hung it outside for a week, including the mask and gloves and it worked great.

It fit my son who is the same size.

There isn't a label saying what the mask is made of, but it's rubber so I would error on the side of caution and say yes.

Q: My son is 7 and skinny and little bit taller than other kids in his age, is small or medium is a good fit for him?

My son is also very skinny and he's actually on the shorter side but he's now 8 and he can still wear it! He's about 49"! When we first got it the bones laid funny cuz he was so short so a little height would actually work best! Bonus it glowed in the dark! Anyway medium would be best
