I ordered this because being new to golf. I hoped to find something that would help me build strength and improve my swing. Using the mat that I ordered, I believe both objectives are being fulfilled. While I'm not ready to hit the front, or back nine with the fellows, I am gaining confidence that is showing on the driving range. My hits are getting more consistent, and the drives are getting longer with less effort. Give me another few months and I may become competitive with the boys who just want to make fun of me. Since I haven't broken it yet, the quality must be better than okay. There are other options that may be better but for strength and working on swing accuracy, I think this is great.

This is the first swing trainer I've used, and I can see the benefits immediately after some practice with it. The weight of the trainer makes it great for warming up, and the flex of the shaft gives some obvious feedback if I'm bottoming out my swing early. It also helps me out with the tempo of swing. Overall, it's well-made for the price, and I definitely recommend it.

This training tool has greatly benefitted my swing tempo and helped me find consistency in my turn. I have most noticed improvement in my driver and woods with the ability to gain feedback on take back and weight transfer. Would recommend for anyone wanted to get swings in to hone in tempo.

My first use of this kink of swing trainer and I am not very impressed. First I am 6'6" and cannot swing this like a golf club without hitting the ground or gripping down onto the shaft. It does have a pleasing weight and swing tempo which can help warm up my back and if you are a big bomber this might be your ticket.

Being an avid golfer I’m always looking for practical ways to improve my game. A fellow golf geek I play with regularly bought an Orange Whip and I was able to use it several times to warm up pre golf. I immediately liked the feedback it provided and considered getting one for at home practice. After checking the price I did not buy, too high. With winter limiting my practice to indoors I revisited this style of swing trainer. I decided on the LZ swing trainer and have not been disappointed. this feels and performs exactly like my buddies orange whip at 1/3 the cost. There are 2 things the LZFAN swing trainer is helping with immediately. I tend to rush the back swing and sometimes come over the top causing a fade or worse a slice. The LZ trainer provides instantaneous feedback for both of these issues. As I continue to practice this winter I will start to alternate using the LZfan trainer with hitting balls into a net. I highly recommend the LZFAN swing trainer as a great alternative to much higher cost similar products. I’m already looking forward to next golf season and using my LZ trainer to practice and warm up.

I was a bit surprised the weight of the ball when I first got my LZFAN. As I use it I'm finding that weighted ball to be the key to making this tool work. It has helped my timing and also added some flex to my body giving me a "longer" swing. It may only be a slight increase but every little bit one can add will result in more distance with the golf ball. Add in the ability it gives me to go out in the yard on a whim to get loose and work on m swing and you've got a winning product who's price doesn't break the bank.The grip is nice, the product sturdy and should last a long, long time.
