Charger defective
The prongs on the charger fell loose from the brick and stayed inside the plug on the very first attempt to charge it. I tried to get support for this and this item only offers trouble shooting. I just need a new charger for the scooter, and I can’t figure out how to get one

This is awesome and my nephew absolutely loved it .The speed and battery life is awesome, it’s stability and noise level is very low a tolerate over 120 pound. This is a must have

Short battery life
Doesn’t stay charged long, grandson complains he slows down too quick and he has to stop and recharge. Not a long battery life . I would have given 4 because he enjoys riding but battery life is too short.
