Arrived broken
The product is packaged in a thin cardboard cover which does not fully cover the very fragile item. The plastic connector piece had smashed in the mail.

Broke on installation
I tried installing this bulb in an old lamp. Because the lamp was old, the metal brackets that hold it in place are very sturdy and this bulb broke on installation. They don't make them like they used to. I wrote the company, but did not receive a response. Luckily, my old bulb still works and I was able to reinstall it...without breaking.

Delivered as promised
I really can’t give a review of the bulbs. I ordered the inner 8 inch and the outer 12 inch plugged them in and they didn’t work. I suspect it is the ballast.
