Super soft, keeps you warm and comfy
I bought this to keep warm while on the sofa during winter and I love it. This 'Snug Rug' is very soft and comfortable to 'snuggle' in. It's not too thick so it's easy to move around in and doesn't disturb movement e.g picking up a drink from a tea table. The blanket comes in a variety of colours and so I bought another one for my partner who also loves it. It's not very expensive and arrives promptly on Prime with minimal packaging. Washing the blanket is also easy so you don't have to worry about ruining it from spills. The blanket covers my body excluding my shoulders and above while laying in a reclined position so it's perfect for the sofa. You can also put it over or under the covers in bed when it's really cold, this will add extra warmth.Overall, it's a great blanket for either yourself or a gift!

Mixed feelings, -but at least they are warm... a 2-rug review.
I bought 2 snug rugs -a Mulberry and a Lilac Grey- from seller CKB Ltd, and I'm giving a combination review here. Both looked great in the packs and, following the instructions, I washed both before use -separately of course. After washing both looked thin and bedraggled. An obvious join line appeared about 30cms from one end of the Grey -it was evidently made from 2 pieces of material stitched loosely together.Once they were fully dry, I stroked/brushed both rugs just with my hand -both sides- as I found this separated the fibres, aided by the static, and improved the look of the rugs somewhat. I had to experiment to find the right direction to stroke. Both shed a lot of fibres during the 'stroking' but, due our light-coloured furnishings, the Mulberry fibres were particularly hard to clean up. It was quickly obvious that both rugs would never look quite as fluffy and good as they did before washing. The Grey suffered the most, with the join line still obvious (daylight comes straight through it) and the pile remaining much more clumped than the Mulberry, so that it now looks like a faded old blue towel. I don't think it faded in the wash; it's the clumpy pile that gives the 'old towel' look. The Mulberry colour and pile remains good, and it's stitching is generally much tighter than the Grey. The Grey was badly made. It has one distinctly wavy edge (see photo), and has very loose edge stitching including one loose thread about 15cms long which I stitched back in.Both rugs are very light and warm in use, and are big enough to fold in half to make a lap rug with double the warmth. The Mulberry definitely looks newer and fluffier than the Lilac Grey though. It seems obvious that at this price point the Grey should have been rejected by Quality Control for it's visible join, bad cut and loose stitching (if QC still exists). I also think that if these rugs need to be washed before use, then the manufacturer should do it.I'd give the Mulberry 4 stars, but the Lilac Grey gets only 2. So 3 stars average.
