This vitamin C product is excellent.It worked immediately I started taking it: in one day I was feeling already stronger. I had a dreadful cold and was coughing a lot. It is the only vitamin C I can take which doesn’t hurt my stomach. You can also take multiple capsules per day up to 6. On my first day I took two lots: two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening. The next morning a lot of my cold symptoms had started to diminish and by day three I was pretty much normal. Excellent speedy post: Arrived the next day on a Sunday! Which meant I didn’t even have to go and seek out this vitamin in any of the pharmacies.
