REALFLIGHT Evolution RC Flight Simulator Software Only RFL2001 Air/Heli Simulators Compatible with VR headsets Online Multiplayer Options

This is an excellent, very realistic, RC Software simulator program for practicing flying Radio Controlled airplanes. It is especially useful for a first time flyer of RC airplanes. The software helps you get familiar with the transmitter functions such as rudder, elevator, throttle and ailerons!

Great simulator. Using with dongle and my NX10. Helps develop orientation without crash repair bills. If you’re trying to learn to fly helicopters this is a huge benefit.

Works okay but as a senior with limited computer skills I find it difficult to figure some things out. It's fine for training purposes for me using stock aircraft but creating my own model requires a software expert and even then a challenge

I have had to finally replace my RealFlite 7.5. I can no longer update 7.5 to include the newer models I am now flying. Besides, my old Win 7 machine went belly-up and my new Win 11 machine does not even have a disc drive to install the software - even if the old software would even run on Win 11. The only thing I don't like is having to subscribe to STEAM just to get the thing to work. It was kind of a pain setting up a STEAM account, then downloading the program software and getting everything working. But aftrr sll the hassle, it operates EXACTLY the same as the older version. It has more, newer, models and different airfields to choose from, but other than that, it's the same thing. It is still great stick practice to learn new techniques and maneuvers without wrecking your plane trying to learn them.

Do not buy any software from anyone other than Directly from Steam. You will not be able to use it. Steam is set up so you can only use a product purchased from them. The instructions from the product I bought from Amazon tell you to log into the Steam Client, then "Select Activate a Product on Steam" but you never get to this screen. Also, there is no support for Steam, no phone number or email account or even a chat you can go to for help. I think that Steam is a terrible product but it is the only way to use a product such as "Real Flight Evolution" for a flight simulator. Since I am beyond 30 days, I might not be able to get my money back from Amazon.

Been about 25 years since I flown. Sure beats coming home with a expensive box of sticks. Good way to practice and refresh the skills before bringing the planes back out.

Money well spent !!! You really should buy this if you want the learn to fly models !!! It will help you big time , save you from buying planes that aren’t what you expected -ready you to fly planes before you buy them!!!! New to this hobby ? What a great trainer !!!!

Good sim. A lot of planes. Wish it came with the newer ones but that’s fine. Used a dxs with the dongle and it worked great. You need to have a windows pc and download steam. Very easy. My 8 year old brother caught on really quick. He plays video games so if you play that it should be way to learn. It also does not take much data and runs very smoothly. Bought a $300 laptop just for that game actually. Didn’t have a windows one. Only Apple.
