Ok for swim, no Hart rate or activity needs updating to app every night.
Purchased this about two months, great price, so far so good, have showered with it several times and taken to the beach twice for a swim had no issues so far.Disappointments, no different activities for running etc...it has no Hart rate and needs to be updated every night before midnight or it seems to lose your previous data, which is not great, I would expect this to record at least 10 days of activity.

Don’t believe that manufacturer says!!!
Absolute rubbish! I bought it based on claim that it is waterproof and is suitable for swimming. Within 3 min it stopped
