It's very soft. Deducting a star because unfortunately the backing isn't great (it slides around on the floor more easily than preferred). When it first arrives a couple threads will come loose and fall out, but no longer happening after a vacuum. I originally bought the light pink but it turned out more toward a lilac color so returned that one. The green is very cute.

So cute in my half bath. Adds some great color.
